it's finally done...

as of 4pm yesterday afternoon i offically became a home owner! the steps of that process are unexplianable and stressful, synthia can attest to that. so i want to thank her for being so understanding and patient with me throughout that process, i couldn't imagine doing it without your support, thank you and get ready to start remodeling our new condo!

let me tell you a littel about our new condo. it's a complete remodel job that hasn't been touched since the 70's. we got it dirt cheap, fast and without realtors. we'll make a killing on this after we remodel it all. that of course will go toward a new home. below are some pics of the condo...

so there it is. as you can see it needs a lot of work, it's a bit small, 2 bed, 1 bath. but considering i work for a general contractor i'll be able to get everything for next to nothing. so we'll be able to remodel it cheap and the profit will be worth the amount of time i'll be dirt poor...cheers!
